01/98 - Present. Established a civil engineering firm
specializing in providing support for attorneys and
appraisers in access management, eminent domain and
construction litigation cases. Develop cures for damaged
properties. Develop site plans and obtained necessary
permits for commercial developers. Provide site,
permitting, and access management analysis for realtors
and developers. Serve on Dispute Review Board for
contractors and Florida Department of Transportation.
Vice President, Tampa Bay Engineering, 07/96 - 01/98. Managed
highway, drainage and Municipal engineering groups
including all financial, marketing, supervision, and
professional development. Converted units into profit
centers. Implemented scheduling and budget control
systems. Established basis for expanding the firm into
transportation markets in other states. Participated in
nationally significant major investment study in
Hillsborough County which was intended to facilitate
implementation of commuter and light rail service.
